Usually 3 to 5 working days once we have your documents. We recommend applying about three weeks before you travel so there is room for any query from the Saudi side.

Three to four weeks ahead is comfortable for most dates. For Ramadan, Eid and school holidays, book six to eight weeks ahead: hotels near the Haram fill early and prices rise.

Yes. Under current Saudi rules women may travel for Umrah without a mahram. Many choose our ladies-only group, which travels with a female guide and confirmed shared accommodation.

No. Prices move with dates, hotels and group size, so a fixed number online is usually wrong by the time you read it. Message us on WhatsApp with your dates and who is travelling, and we send a clear written quote the same day.

Every package lists exactly what is in and what is not on its own page. As a rule: visa processing, hotels, transfers and Ziyarat are included; flights are included on air packages; meals and personal spending are not unless stated.

Yes, on a Saudi tourist visa. It is multiple-entry, valid for a year with stays of up to 90 days, and lets you visit other Saudi cities before or after Umrah. We arrange it alongside your package.

Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi are all standard departure options. Flights land in Jeddah for Makkah-first itineraries or Madinah for Madinah-first ones.

It depends on the tier. Premium hotels are within about 300 metres of the Haram, Standard within roughly 800 metres, and Economy hotels are a short shuttle or 15 minute walk away. Each tier states the distance on the package page.

Yes. We can add Haramain train tickets between Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah to any package. It is faster and calmer than the road, and we handle the booking and seat allocation.

Approximately 12 to 14 hours each way, with scheduled rest stops for prayer and meals. We time departures to make the overnight section as comfortable as possible.

Yes. The coach is fully air-conditioned with comfortable seating for a long journey.

A passport valid for at least six months, your UAE residence visa, an Emirates ID copy front and back, a passport photo, and the Saudi visa we arrange for you. Some nationalities also need a vaccination record.

It can be, though the length of the journey is worth discussing with us first if anyone in your group has mobility or health considerations. We are happy to talk through whether road or air suits your family better.

Yes. Rest stops are scheduled around prayer times and meals throughout both legs of the journey.

Ziyarat is included. The Rawdah visit permit is different: it must be booked by each passenger individually through the Saudi Ministry’s official app before they travel. We cannot book it on your behalf, but if you have questions about the process we are happy to help on WhatsApp.

Per room, not per head. A family of four sharing a quad room pays for the room plus visas and, on air packages, flights. Children under two share a bed and are charged for visa and airfare only.

Yes, subject to the hotel. Tell us the ages of your children when you enquire and we will confirm connecting rooms, extra beds or a cot in writing before you pay anything.

A female guide travels with the group for the whole itinerary, from the airport in the UAE to the return. She handles check-ins, leads the Ziyarat and is the first point of contact for anything at all.

Rooms are shared between women in the group and confirmed by name before departure, not on arrival. Single rooms are available at a supplement.

Once your Umrah visa is issued you must enter Saudi Arabia within 30 days. That is why we time the application to your departure rather than applying as early as possible.

Yes. We process standalone Umrah visas for UAE residents who have arranged their own flights and hotels. You will get status updates by WhatsApp at each stage.

Yes. Visits to the Rawdah at Masjid an-Nabawi require a digital permit booked in advance through the Saudi Ministry’s official app, by each pilgrim in their own account. We advise arranging it before you leave the UAE, and we are happy to answer questions about the process on WhatsApp.

The Umrah visa is single-purpose and valid for 30 days from entry. The tourist visa is multiple-entry, valid for a year with stays of up to 90 days, and lets you perform Umrah as well as travel elsewhere in the country.

Licensed guides, male and female supervisors in the ratios your school specifies, first-aid support, and a group WhatsApp channel that stays open around the clock. We share the safeguarding plan with the school before any deposit is paid.

We work with secondary school age and above and adapt the itinerary’s pace and guiding accordingly.

Yes. Accessible transport, ground-floor rooms and assistance during Tawaf and Ziyarat are all arranged in advance. Please share mobility needs as early as possible.

Yes. We work with licensed providers in Makkah and Madinah. These arrangements must be confirmed before departure, not arranged on arrival.

Yes. We provide regular WhatsApp updates to a designated family contact throughout the journey.

We arrange the logistics with licensed local providers: appointment timing, transport and a companion where needed. We do not provide medical care ourselves, and we ask for a short medical declaration so the arrangements are right.

Yes. We arrange wheelchair support at Dubai, Jeddah and Madinah airports, in the hotels and for Tawaf, plus meet-and-assist on arrival. Tell us what is needed and we will confirm it in writing.
