Four things we arrange
Mobility and wheelchair support
Wheelchairs at Dubai, Jeddah and Madinah airports, in the hotels, and for Tawaf and Sa’i. Ground-floor or lift-access rooms. A companion where one is needed.
Medical needs coordination
Dialysis appointments, oxygen, and other regular treatment coordinated with licensed local providers in Makkah and Madinah, with transport to and from each appointment.
The right vehicle
From a private car with a driver to an accessible van with a ramp, matched to who is travelling and how far they can walk.
Meet and assist at the airport
Someone waiting at Jeddah or Madinah to take you through immigration and to your transfer, without queues where they can be avoided.
We arrange logistics with licensed third-party providers. We do not provide medical care ourselves. To get the arrangements right we ask for a short medical declaration, which is stored securely and shared only with the providers who need it.
The Umrah kit
Ihram, a belt, prayer mat, tasbih, a lightweight bag and the small things people forget, packed and handed over before you leave. Useful for first-time pilgrims and for groups.
Assistance questions
Is the road package suitable for elderly travellers?
It can be, though the length of the journey is worth discussing with us first if anyone in your group has mobility or health considerations. We are happy to talk through whether road or air suits your family better.
Can you coordinate dialysis or other medical appointments in Makkah and Madinah?
We arrange the logistics with licensed local providers: appointment timing, transport and a companion where needed. We do not provide medical care ourselves, and we ask for a short medical declaration so the arrangements are right.
Do you provide wheelchairs and airport assistance?
Yes. We arrange wheelchair support at Dubai, Jeddah and Madinah airports, in the hotels and for Tawaf, plus meet-and-assist on arrival. Tell us what is needed and we will confirm it in writing.
