We submit and track the application
We submit the application through our licensed Saudi operator and track it to approval. You get a WhatsApp message when it is submitted, when it is approved, and if the Saudi side asks a question.
Your visa arrives on WhatsApp
Usually within 3 to 5 working days. Print it or keep it on your phone. Either is accepted.

Visa only, without a package
You do not need to book a package with us to use our visa service. If you have arranged your own flights and hotel, send us your documents and we will process the visa on its own, with the same WhatsApp updates at each stage.
If you would like to combine Umrah with travel elsewhere in Saudi Arabia, or may travel more than once this year, ask us about the tourist visa instead.
Visa questions
How long does an Umrah visa take from the UAE?
Usually 3 to 5 working days once we have your documents. We recommend applying about three weeks before you travel so there is room for any query from the Saudi side.
Can a woman perform Umrah without a mahram from the UAE?
Yes. Under current Saudi rules women may travel for Umrah without a mahram. Many choose our ladies-only group, which travels with a female guide and confirmed shared accommodation.
What documents do I need for Umrah by road?
A passport valid for at least six months, your UAE residence visa, an Emirates ID copy front and back, a passport photo, and the Saudi visa we arrange for you. Some nationalities also need a vaccination record.
What is the 30-day entry window on the Umrah visa?
Once your Umrah visa is issued you must enter Saudi Arabia within 30 days. That is why we time the application to your departure rather than applying as early as possible.
Can I get an Umrah visa without booking a package?
Yes. We process standalone Umrah visas for UAE residents who have arranged their own flights and hotels. You will get status updates by WhatsApp at each stage.
What is the difference between an Umrah visa and a Saudi tourist visa?
The Umrah visa is single-purpose and valid for 30 days from entry. The tourist visa is multiple-entry, valid for a year with stays of up to 90 days, and lets you perform Umrah as well as travel elsewhere in the country.
